Matthew Sargent is currently the Vice President of Controls and Operational Risk for Wells Fargo and a faculty member at both University of Texas - Arlington and University of North Texas,  where he teaches for their respective college of business accounting departments. Matthew has over 25 years of business operations, leadership and technical experience within multiple industries and has extensive background and certifications in auditing, information security, risk management, fraud prevention/detection and managing control evaluations for both private industry and Big 4 public accounting firms. His Big 4 experience includes management roles with PwC, KPMG, and RSM.
