Joseph (Joe) Carson is a doctoral student at the University of Dallas and a professional Project Manager. He is actively working on his dissertation focusing on the importance of improving supply chain management through group cohesion. In additional to his academic studies, Joe has worked across multiple industries ranging from manufacturing to finance and has been actively involved in project management in all of these roles. Joe is a firm believer that project management is a vital component to supply chain management and volunteers with the Dallas PMI chapter as the VP of Operations.
