Adjunct Instructor, Angelo State University
Ernie was the president and CEO of TimeClock Plus, a leading workforce management software company, and has 20-plus years of software development and operations experience. Upon the company’s acquisition in 2019, Ernie retired and transitioned to an adjunct instructor position at Angelo State University to pursue a second career in higher education. He is an Air Force veteran and currently serves as president of the Howard College San Angelo Foundation. Ernie’s research interests include entrepreneurship, operations, ethical leadership and organizational commitment.
