Cedric's professional career spans 30 years and includes technical and business consulting, utility and food industry experience, and college teaching. Prior to his current role, he was an environmental, health, safety and sustainability director for Frito Lay North America, a division of PepsiCo. He is also an adjunct professor for the Dallas County Community College District, teaching business courses at North Lake College.
