Meet the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business Leadership Team:

Interim Dean Susan Rhame, PhD, CPA

Interim Dean Susan Rhame, PhD, CPASusan Rhame is the college’s interim dean and associate professor of accounting. She joined the University of Dallas in 2008 and previously served as associate dean of academic affairs from 2015-2017. Dr. Rhame received her Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her undergraduate and masters degrees are from Mississippi State University and Louisiana State University, respectively. After completing her degree at LSU and passing the CPA exam, Rhame worked in the tax department of the Dallas office of Arthur Young & Co.

Her publications include co-authored book chapters and peer reviewed articles in accounting research topics including tax equity, ethics, online accounting pedagogy, and retirement planning. Dr. Rhame is a member of the American Accounting Association, the American Institute of CPA’s, the Texas Society of CPA’s and the Institute of Management Accountants where she served as a Board Member for the Dallas Chapter from 2015-2017.

Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs Greg Bell, Ph.D.

Greg Bell, Ph.D.Greg Bell received his doctorate in strategic management from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is serving as the associate dean of faculty affairs and associate professor of management. He teaches courses in global entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility and sustainability. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in economics (1991) and MBA in finance (1992) at the University of North Texas, he joined Fidelity Investments, where he served for over 12 years. He later taught courses in international finance and corporate finance at Dallas Baptist University (2001-2005) and corporate strategy at the University of Texas at Arlington (2005-2008).

Bell’s research on corporate governance and international business has been published in leading management and entrepreneurship journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice and others. Since joining the University of Dallas he has helped develop the Sustainable Business Network, Entrepreneurship Society, and the Executives on Campus programs.

Director of Graduate Admissions Breonna Collins

Breonna CollinsBreonna Collins has been working in higher education for over a decade. She joined the University of Dallas in 2013 and is currently the graduate admissions director for the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business, where she oversees the recruitment and admissions process for prospective students. Collins received a bachelor’s degree from Prairie View A&M University and an M.Ed. in higher education administration from Abilene Christian University. She is currently a doctoral student at Abilene Christian University working on her Ed.D. in organizational leadership with an emphasis in higher education. Collins is passionate about adult education, international diversity initiatives, enrollment management and student engagement.

Director of Corporate & Community Partnerships 

 

Manager of Executive Education Jenn Howard

Jennifer HowardJennifer (Jenn) Howard has been at the University of Dallas for the past eleven years, and manages the Center for Executive Education which houses all of the non-credit offerings for the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business. She has over 20 years of experience in tracking and managing long- and short-term projects from inception to completion. The Center’s non-credit offerings include certification preparation courses in the fields of cybersecurity, finance, human resources, and project management; custom corporate training; and skills focused certificate programs.
