About Mary Gentile

Dr. Mary Gentile, professor of practice at the University of Virgina, Darden School of Business, inspired, Giving Voice to Values (GVV), an innovative approach to values-driven leadership development in business education and the workplace. Originally launched by Aspen Institute with the Yale School of Management, then supported at Babson College from 2009 to 2016, GVV is now hosted at Darden School of Business. GVV fills a long-standing critical gap in the development of values-centered leaders.

The Leaders & Legends Speaker Series under the University of Dallas' Executives on Campus Program was founded to further the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business’ mission of providing practice-based education, by inviting successful business leaders to share their experience with graduate and undergraduate students in the classroom. Through this program, alumni, business leaders, and their companies are invited to join with the university in our shared pursuit of management excellence.
